Horse Rescue

The Horse Rescue, Rehabilitation and Retirement Foundation needs your support. Founded in 1995, the HRRRF saves horses by rehabilitating and finding them new homes. Horses come from the sport horse world of competition and TB racing.

Each horse costs $5K/year to cover the expenses of feed, farrier, and veterinarian. The HRRRF attempts to place as many horses as possible. The goals of the HRRRF are the following:

1. Offer a sanctuary for
unwanted or injured horses
and to help them find new
homes.

2. Create a regional and
national network of Horse
Rescue groups in order to
maximize resources.

3. Educate people about
possible solutions to placing
horses if they can no longer
care for them.

Contributions are
gratefully accepted. A $1000
contribution offers you an
opportunity to ride RJ, a photo
book of RJ and an 8x10
portrait of RJ by Kathy
Landman.

$500 contribution offers a
photo book of RJ and an 8x10
portrait by Kathy Landman.
$100 contribution offers an
8x10 portrait of RJ.
